Booking Policies at Smiths Hotel

Strictly non-smoking through-out Smiths Hotel common areas and within each hotel room and 4star executive services apartments.

No pets are permitted on the premises.

All children are welcome.

The hotel does not accept stag and hen parties or loud groups. Any such groups will not be accepted on arrival and no refund will be issued. Similarly any disruptive guests may be asked to leave and no refund issued.


Check-in time: 15:00pm and check-out time: 11:00am.

Signature at guest registration is acceptance of accommodation and payment if made by card.

Any problems or queries should be raised with reception at the time. Retrospective complaints will not be entered into unless logged with reception at the time they occurred or were experienced.

Car parking for approximately 10 cars is available on a first come, first serve basis.

You can upgrade to a 4star executive suite for guaranteed secure parking.

Cancellation Policy

7 days notice is required to receive a full refund on the booking.

If less than 7 days notice is given, you are not eligible to receive a refund.
